The Position
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of sneaker culture, and the ability to translate trends into compelling visual concepts. From concept development to execution, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through captivating graphics and innovative design solutions. We can offer employment or freelance contract. The ideal candidate is based in Amsterdam and has a valid working visa.
Responsibilities
Included but not limited to:
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts for sneaker launches, campaigns, and marketing materials.
· Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and print collateral.
· Design compelling product packaging and labels that reflect the essence of our brand and appeal to our target audience.
· Stay current with sneaker trends, streetwear culture, and design innovations to inform and inspire creative projects.
· Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables, adhering to industry standards while also pushing the envelop with new concepts.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.
· Assist with photo editing, retouching, and other post-production tasks as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
· Professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion industry.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
· Deep understanding of sneaker culture, streetwear trends, and youth culture aesthetics.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and receive feedback.
· Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
